The Eggslut Cheeseburger is not your every day burger. Over at Eggslut, the egg is used in all of their dishes to compliment or to be the main ingredient of the item. Whoever had the idea of putting an egg inside a burger please give that man an award!

I love burgers in every way imaginable. An egg over-medium on top of ground American wagyu beef, caramelized onions, bread and butter pickles, melty cheddar cheese, and dijonnaise, in a warm portuguese bun.

-$8.00 for a single and $11.00 for a double
-$1.00 extra for avocado and $2.00 extra for bacon

I grabbed the single just in case if I was too full for other items at Eggslut and went with the avocado and bacon. Amazing beef flavor, pickles so flavorful in every bite, cheese melting over the burger itself with a bun to keep it all packed together. What makes the burger even better? The egg on top of course!

Located in the Grand Central Market in Los Angeles, grab a burger and a juice from Press Brothers, located right next to Eggslut, and enjoy your day!
