Walk in, pass the fish tanks, and sit at an open table. Flip
the teacups and pour everyone tea before you pour yourself. Sit back, relax,
and wait for the food carts to come around like the Hogwarts express. Dim Sum
to me means Chinese breakfast, Chinese brunch, dumpling heaven, tea and
appetizers. It is comfort food, it is the dessert, and it is seafood made for
breakfast. Next time you’re thinking of bacon and eggs for a morning meal,
think of Dim Sum.
New Capital Seafood
Dumplings, Buns, Rolls, Desserts and Cakes; common items
found at a Dim Sum restaurant. Carts come by and are constantly asking you what
is it you would like. The types of carts
that are available depend on the time that you go. Right at opening means you
are waiting for the dishes to finish preparation and they bring out one type of
cart after another. Come within an hour or two of opening and be sure to find
all the types of carts walking around asking you what would you like.
Shrimp dumplings, pork and shrimp Shaomai, fried pork buns
and crispy shrimp balls. Dim sum to me has a relaxing comfort to it as you
enjoy your tea with delicious bite size dishes that still satisfy your morning
hunger and leave you wanting your next visit to come faster.
A different twist to your meal right after wake up, Dim Sum
is delicious and tasty as any other Asian cuisine out there. Steamed dishes
with delicious seafood followed by dessert to complete your brunch. You may
come across many Dim Sum restaurants during your dining adventures but most are
very similar to each other so take this bit of info to mind and find your local
Dim Sum restaurant to enjoy.

The yelp community has grown a great size since it first started and it is a great way to find out where to eat when you want to indulge. We found New Capital Seafood Restaurant on Yelp just as we do for many of our other restaurants. Word of mouth comes in handy but a check on the Yelp App never hurts and narrowing down our decisions. At 360 Dining, we have our own ways and methods of choosing our dining spots and it doesn't always necessarily have to be a high star rating that catches our attention.
