Kogi BBQ Burrito

A Twist On Burritos
Kogi’s is your neighborhood taco truck and it had a baby with a Korean BBQ restaurant. Each item is pretty similar in flavor but it is the meat that you choose for your item that makes it delicious. This week’s Delicious Dish is Kogi’s burrito because it your everyday normal burrito redone in a great way.

Like a taco truck, they offer great tacos, burritos, and quesadillas. All items at these food trucks are delicious with the burrito being my go to item at these spots. The burrito is mixed with hashbrowns, scrambled eggs, shredded cheese, onions and cilantro with romaine and cabbage lettuce tossed in their delicious Korean chili-soy vinaigrette with a bit of sea salt and toasted sesame seeds. What tops it off is their sesame-chili salsa roja. Delicious spice with a hint of sweetness in each bite, burritos are delicious already but Kogi just takes it to the next level.

Check out Kogi's full menu and their schedule to see where they might be next and hopefully somewhere close to you if you live in Southern California! Great food all around and their burrito is fantastic. They are known for being on top of their Twitter feed as well so give them a follow!

Every Monday, Delicious Dishes people! Have a favorite food truck? Let us know in a comment or shoot us an email!
